Chris Bosh, an All-Star?

Others,

- Top 5 plays from NBA. I like the one of Dwight Howard, and Grant Hill. Check it out - link.

- All-Star Roster out, I only have doubt on Chris Bosh. Does he deserve to be an All-Star this year based on his own and his team performance?

Lost to Spurs at Home

Jazz Game,

- It could be a rare win over Spurs. But the team just did not seal it. D Will 2/6 on FTs, and Matt Bonner 6/7 on 3 pts. Again the usual problem, no defense on the perimeter.

Others,

- Bobcats is a team that can do miracle. 2OT win over Lakers at their home. However, they may pay a huge cost because Gerald Wallace seems to have quite an injury. Hope he is well, and we will see Bobcats doing miracles in playoff.

Lost to Cavs

Jazz Game,

- I do want to see Brevin Knight hitting wide-open shots. If he doesn't, it will be more difficult for him finding open teammates.

- I feel that Kyle Korver shooting touches and confidences are back, and Harpring is becoming as effective as he could be at the moment.

- Last, I think we all miss AK.

If there were a Baron Davis - Jamal Crawford Trade, ...

Others,

- Kevin Love has gradually learnt how to play in NBA. He is definitely a Coach Sloan player.

- Monta Ellis is back.

- LBJ buzzer beater is going to be magnified, let’s say, 3 times bigger than it should be.

- Captain Jackson, quite a player. I like his composure. His two-clutch shots in front of LBJ are something that needs to be mentioned. -
link

- I guess if Crawford is replaced by Baron Davis, I will become a Warrior fans, just after Jazz. Their games are really entertaining.

- Good tactics from Coach Dunleavy in the last play. -
link

- Some really good Top 10 plays in the Friday night games. Shouldn’t miss it. -

Jazz Lost in Houston

Jazz Games,

- Excluding Boozer, it seems that somehow we can't have a full team. Sometimes Paul Millsap, and this time AK.

Others,

- Danilo Gallinari, rookie from NYK, had some consecutive good games.

- DeAndre Jordan had two impressive games since he replaced the injured Camby. It seems that LAC does not need Chris Kaman anymore.

- Warriors lost on poor defense in the last defence. No excuse. –

Okur's Back to Back 3 Sinked Timberwolves

Jazz game,

- once again, I am confident to say that Okur is one of the most under-rated player in the league. His consecutive Threes sinked Timberwolves.

Jazz, Sloan agree on one-year extension‏

Good enough reason to support Jazz for one more season. - link

Okur's Career Night Extends Jazz Winning Streak to Four

Jazz Game,

- Okur!!! Career-night with 43 points. Absolutely fantastic. I always believe Okur is one of the under-rated player in the league, and inevitably being mocked all the time. However, I stand by my above comment.

- However, we are always playing as if 3-points from others would never fall. No D on perimeter at all!

Others,

- Nick Young has some good games recently, he is officially under my radar.

- Got to see Coach Frank (Nets) “timely” timeout, oops…for Thunders -

Kobe and Wade, Head-on-Head

Others,

Kobe + Wade = a very enjoyable game to the audience, and perhaps even more enjoyable to two of the most competitive SGs in the league.

I enjoy watching Wade much more than LBJ. Wade looks like playing real basketball while LBJ is like driving his gifted physical engine to the rim.

Millsap's Streak Ends; Jazz's Winning Streak on Pistons Continues

Celtics Lost Momentum

Others,

- Celtics, 7 losses out of 9 games. They lost all of their momentum carried forward from last season. Don’t be surprised if they are not in Eastern Final this year.

- Shaq is in crazy form this season, and his FTs start to falling in. Today game, 7/7.

Millsap Rocks

Jazz game,

- 19 consecutive double-double. Millsap is making his case to be an All-Star.Millsap

- D Will with flu, gave sub-par performance

Others,

- Stupid Comment of the Day by Coach Doc Rivers - "In our last timeout, you could see it in our guys' eyes. Like, 'Shoot, we're going to lose this home game'. It bothered them. You could see that. And I was thinking 'That's a good thing.'" There is one Cantonese saying describing the above - when you fall down, you try to grab a handful of sand <= trying to get something good out of a failure

The Shameful Crab Dribble

Others,

- Check this out -
link. Gary Payton and Chris Webber analyze LBJ’s “Crab Dribble”. That play, definitely traveling, no brainer.

- A fun comment from Coach Van Gundy today - "We can't limit anybody at that position. If you are a 2-guard, we're the team you want to play."

- 76ers plays a way better without Elton Brand.

- Celtics lost 5 out of 7, beaten by my highly rated Bobcats.

- Can John Salmons play with Kevin Martin? His numbers dropped more than it should be after K-Mart is back.

Home Sweet Home; Millsap D-D Streak Still Alive

Jazz Game,

- Millsap double-double streak is still counting. Amazing!

- This win can’t prove much, considering i) Warrior’s soul Captain Jack did not play the 2nd Half, ii) how many points we have given up, iii) how bad we defend 3-pointers.

Jazz Lost in Staples Centre

Jazz Games,

- an expected loss. We are not in full team anyway, and the game is somewhat close in Q3 and first 7-8 mins of Q4. Same old problem, we opened the game in a bad shape.

- Millsap, indeed something. He was in a bit of foul trouble, playing only 31 mins but scored 16 pts and grabbed 17 rebs.

- I have seen about 20 mins of Jazz-Lakers game, and I saw a few times Jazz players (one of them is CJ) make similar mistakes when Lakers have some potential easy baskets.

In these situations, either you i) foul on them hard enough to not let them finish two points (and hopefully soft enough to not have flagrant foul), or ii) you give them two points.

We give them "And 1" almost every time.

I don't believe Jazz players are not tough enough to foul hard, but some of them just don't have the "blink" to make the right decision in the tenths of the second. In those moments, the player basically can't think but react with their instincts.

However, either you are born with it (the instinct, the basketball wisdom), or you need to nurture those instincts through lots of games (experience).

For the record, I think D Will does possess the wisdom, but I am not sure about CJ & Brewer.

Others,

- Marbury may go to Celtics. A reunion with KG? - link.
